In connection with the Services, we collect and process information related to your digital assets, including:
- Wallet Data: Any wallet addresses you provide or link to the Platform;
- Asset Balances: Spot balances for each supported cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL) as maintained and updated on the Platform;
- Investment Data: Details of your active and completed Investment Plans, including start/end dates, principal amounts, earnings records, and investment statuses;
- Transaction Records: A complete history of all transactions, balance adjustments, and administrative modifications associated with your account;
- Earnings History: A chronological record of daily and cumulative earnings credited to your account.
We may receive information about you from: KYC/AML service providers who assist us in verifying your identity; third-party analytics platforms that provide aggregated usage and behavior data; and publicly available blockchain network data relevant to wallet addresses you have provided.
- To create, verify, and manage your user account;
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- To process and display your digital asset balances, investment plans, and earnings;
- To authenticate your identity and authorize access to your account;
- To communicate with you about your account, transactions, and the Services.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, money laundering, and other unauthorized or illegal activities;
- To conduct security audits and monitor the Platform for suspicious activity;
- To administer balance corrections and adjustments pursuant to our Terms of Service;
- To enforce our Terms of Service and other platform policies.
- To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes, including AML and KYC requirements;
- To respond to valid legal requests from law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and courts;
- To maintain records required by applicable financial regulations;
- To exercise or defend legal claims.
- To analyze usage patterns and Platform performance to improve the user experience;
- To conduct internal research and development;
- To generate aggregated, anonymized statistical data about Platform usage.
- To send you service-related notifications, including security alerts and administrative messages;
- To send you promotional communications about new features or offers, subject to your consent and applicable opt-out options;
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.

- Authentication Security: We support and encourage the use of strong passwords and multi-factor authentication (MFA/2FA) for all user accounts;
- Infrastructure Security: The Platform is hosted on secure, reputable cloud infrastructure with ongoing vulnerability monitoring, intrusion detection, and regular security assessments;
- Incident Response: We maintain a documented data breach response plan to detect, investigate, and respond to security incidents.
While we are committed to protecting your personal information, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of our Platform. In the event of a data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and applicable authorities as required by law.
You play a critical role in the security of your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for ensuring that you use a strong, unique password. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication and caution you never to share your credentials with any third party.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. If you believe we have not handled your personal information in accordance with applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.
The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our systems. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at support@quantusyield.com.
The Company is based in New Jersey, United States, and your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries that may not have the same data protection laws as your country of residence. When we transfer personal information internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for transfers from the EEA or UK, or other legally approved mechanisms to ensure your data is protected.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not operated by us. This Policy does not apply to any third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services before providing them with your personal information. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy and, where required by applicable law, by notifying you via your registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
